Raw material is the basis of good product, this is where our effort starts.

Products of scales like spring onion, edamame, pepper, broad bean, garlic, broccoli and cauliflower, we contract with farmers one crop ahead, to pay them seeds, chemicals and guide them across cultivation of chemical use of when, how and the concentration, to make sure materials comply with the official standards from sales market. 

One month before harvest, fresh materials are collected at random and sent to 3rd party labs for screenings, as per  which materials are labeled and frozen for different markets and clients, which passes the traceability info. from materials to finished products.

Upon harvest, materials are delivered to workshop promptly to be peeled, cut, cleaned and freezed, able to maintain the maximum nutrition as itself.

At freezer outlet, magnetic is installed to deprive potential metal risks when most dice or cut products are packed synchrously at freezer outlet, for better guarantee of micobiological controls and prompt loadings.

During selection, products are past optical sorter, metal detector and visual checks, to guarantee uniform ingredients in whole containers.

During loading, photos are taken of every step and temperature recorder is installed at container outlet, to make the whole journey trackable.
